怎樣辨別外教教學質量？

　　1、是否明確交代了這堂課的教學目標，并且完成了這個目標。如果只是瞎聊，那只個外國人都可以當外教了!

　　2、目標重要，隨機發揮也很重要。比如學面條這個單詞時，可以延伸到面條是用什么做出來的，面條除了細細長長的形狀外，還能做成哪些造型等等，簡單點說，就是讓學得變得更自然，在學得的過程中，有“習得”的成分。
